St. Mary’s Church

“The Cathedral of The Hudson River Valley”

St. Mary’s Church is the heart and soul of Yonkers, a city that has always championed immigrants. St. Mary’s Church (Church of the Immaculate Conception) has been serving  parishioners since 1848, and is the oldest Roman Catholic Church in Yonkers, Westchester and Putnam Counties.

“St. Mary’s Church has been designated as a landmark by the city of Yonkers because it gives hope and meaning to our lives. We are at the crossroads of where the past and the future intersect to create a better world.”
